Fat...

I want to lose my weigh. I got much fatter when I back to boarding house. It is terribe for me. Lose weigh is my first mind to do now...

Oh Dear,
I know how you feel. I have always put on weight very easily. I started dieting at the age of 13 and continued to be very vigilent about my weight until I was 45 then I got totally sick of dieting.

However, the situation is quite serious for me now. I must lose weight and I can't seem to stop eating delicious food.

If you are concerned about your weight the best and easiest way for you to lose weight is to do more exercise on a regular basis. This means you should do some specific exercise every day for an hour. It could be something as simple as brisk walking or you could do special exercises for different parts of your body.

On the food side of things... just eat smaller portions of everything and don't eat snacks between meals.

Also if you drink at least 8 glasses of water a day that will help your body flush out the toxins and keep you skin looking healthy.
